Replacing your lawn with a garden is not a simple project, but it’s worth it to save a lot of water, increase habitat for pollinators, beneficial insects and birds, and create beauty that changes with the seasons. Mikl and Eve Brawner will present several methods that have been successful for dealing with the grass, and discuss weeding, mulch, covering the ground, plants to replace turf, and maintenance.
