All our vegetable starts are organically grown. In the spring, we offer 70 or more varieties of tomatoes; dozens of peppers; and many varieties of eggplants, greens, cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, cucumbers, squashes, and melons and other vegetables. In the fall, we offer a selection of cool season vegetable and 4 different varieties of garlic bulbs for planting. Eve carefully curates our collection for varieties that resist disease and pests, are very productive, taste fabulous, and that we think will likely be successful and rewarding here on the high plains and in the mountains.
