1. Preorder Eligibility

• Preordering is available exclusively for wholesale customers. A valid wholesale account must be established before placing an order.

2. Minimum Order Requirement

• The minimum order amount for pre-orders is $250. Orders below this amount will not be accepted.
• There is no minimum for in person orders

3. Deposit and Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing your preorder. This deposit secures your items and ensures timely processing.

4. Order Fulfillment Timeline

• All orders will take up to 7 days to fulfill. This timeline begins once the deposit has been received and confirmed.
• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

5. Pickup Only Policy

• No shipping services are available. All preorders must be picked up in person at our designated location.
• Pickup details will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

6. Changes and Cancellations

• Changes to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed.
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after order placement may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Availability and Substitutions

• All items are subject to availability. While we strive to fulfill every order as requested, certain plants may become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Preorders will be based on our current availability list, which will be provided to customers prior to placing their order.
• If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a substitution, if applicable, or adjust your order accordingly.

8. Quality Guarantee

• We take pride in the quality of our plants. All plants will be inspected prior to pickup to ensure they meet our high standards.

9. Liability

• Harlequin’s Gardens Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen operational challenges.

10. Agreement

• By placing a preorder, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
