Eve takes no shortcuts, and uses only the best organic ingredients, real vanilla extract, 100% pastured butter, ‘sprouting’ the pecans to remove nutrient-blockers and chopping them by hand, and sweetening with just a little maple syrup.
In addition, we are the exclusive Boulder source for Cultura Craft Chocolate – both their superb, unique chocolate bars and traditional Mexican Drinking Chocolate and Café d’Olla. A Latina woman-owned small-batch producer, Cultura makes amazing chocolate!
