From brewing to gardening to cooking, Nicole has been exploring the edges of our food system for over a decade. Much of her career has been driven by the impact of yeast and bacteria on agriculture and food production, combined with the artistry of creating nutritious (and delicious!) meals for herself and loved ones. As an educator at heart, Nicole is on a mission to empower others to cultivate their own relationship with their food through increased understanding and experimentation. She believes true health and wealth lies in growing and creating our own tasty delights, leading to a more equitable, locally centralized food system.
