Beth Evans Corydalis
Bulb. Z5. 4-5” tall. Blooms mid-spring. Compost-improved soil.
Prolific tubular pink blooms rise above gray-green leaves. Doesn’t need full sun for a brilliant floral display each spring. In fact, prefers dappled shade or morning sun only, with soil kept moist. Especially beloved by bumblebees, but many bees will visit this plant! Deer and rabbit resistant. An understory plant lovely along paths or in front of borders filled with bleeding heart, hostas and ferns.
