Trish Kurnik is a Longmont neighbor and friend of ours, who in 2005, was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. She had to learn how to cook, bake and live without gluten. But she was up to the challenge, and not only felt 500% better after 2 gluten-free weeks, but laid the foundation for later launching into her handmade, artisan cracker business – Beat Foods.
