We know it’s not necessarily easy to access the ‘Holiday Spirit’ this early in the season. Emergencies like the Covid pandemic separate us from each other, but in meaningful ways, they also bring us together. Here at Harlequin’s Gardens and beyond, we have seen a real increase in mindfulness and caring for others. Our customers are practicing social distancing and patience, and they are choosing thoughtful gifts for their families, friends and neighbors, gifts that will nourish their minds, bodies, and spirits.
Our Holiday Gift market still has a huge variety of wonderful items to choose from, and we will also have a Pop-Up Bulb Sale on Friday, Saturday & Sunday!
TOOLS
It’s really frustrating to accomplish any task without the right tools, and gardening is no exception. Good tools can be great gifts – a great ergonomic trowel, knife-weeder or spade, a long-lasting, sharp, quality folding hand-saw, pair of hand-pruners, shears or long-handled loppers, a handy watering wand, a well-balanced and durable watering can, a tough, durable, washable pair of gloves, or a Gardener’s Phone Pack (pictured right), can make a big difference for someone trying to get the job done right, and will be appreciated for years to come!
SEEDS
Give a friend a stash of seeds to get them dreaming of next year’s garden (or get them sprouting for super-nutrition through the winter!)
Now in stock – Botanical Interests 2023 seeds for Vegetables and Herbs, Sprouts and Microgreens.
HOUSEPLANTS!
We gardeners welcome some green companionship throughout the year, and houseplants are now recognized as being very beneficial to our physical and mental health. And we’ve got some gems! Our staffers Jill and Jared are major houseplant enthusiasts and propagators who fill up most of their living spaces with plants. They’ve brought us some beautiful, unusual, and easy-to-grow varieties, potted in living room-worthy containers. Come take a look at our wide selection!
