At Harlequin’s Gardens we always knew that nurseries in Colorado are seasonal, but our commitment to local, sustainable, high quality, beautiful, delightful, unusual and innovative products is eternal. One of our owners, Eve Reshetnik Brawner, also happened to be a multi genre artist with artisan friends making amazing items without enough ways to sell them. 13 years ago we germinated the idea of a Holiday Gift Market that would not only provide our cherished customers with items that reflected the reputation we’ve tended with our outstanding nursery stock and sustainable garden center items, but would also keep our dedicated and amazing staff working in the off-season.
The market has flourished under Eve’s curation and care and every year new artisans bloom and are discovered, while like a favorite perennial, beloved returning artisans continue to intrigue us and bring forth new delights, too. So regardless of if you’ve been coming since that very first opening weekend or have yet to discover the most rewarding, enjoyable and entertaining place to shop for your holiday gifts (or yourself). This year our Retail Manager, Beth Karish is taking the reins, continuing our tradition and bringing her own special spark to our Holiday Gift Market! Please join us!
Opening weekend begins Thursday, November 21st with our Open House, and extends through Sunday, December 22nd, 2024 – plenty of time to find the perfect gift for somebody special awaits down that old country road that leads to Harlequin’s!

Featuring Treats and Live Music!
Saturday Nov. 23, 10:30am – Noon – Nicolette Andres on Hardanger Fiddle
Fiddler Nicolette Andres is a local of Colorado. The Hardingfele or Hardanger fiddle is Nicolette’s main instrument. Although unfamiliar in ways, its transcendental, melodic, expansive qualities evoke imagery and emotion that cannot be put into words. Nicolette has been studying the oral tradition of the Hardingfele since 2020, and also writes her own music.
Saturday Nov. 23, 1pm – 2:30 – Nicolette & Graeme – A String Duo
Sunday Nov. 24, 11am – 12:30pm – McKenzie Fetters and Alan Copley
We’re delighted to present the first of the day’s two exciting duos of exceptional musicians who blend their passion for traditional and modern Celtic tunes on an array of instruments including fiddle, banjo, and Irish flute.
Sunday Nov. 24, 1pm – 2:30 – Cora Weise Moore and Adam Cecil
Accomplished Irish Harp player Cora Weise Moore will be accompanied by the superb multi-instrumental talents of another Boulder Irish Session friend Adam Cecil on guitar, fiddle and banjo!
Adam Cecil, from Louisville, KY, grew up in a family steeped in music. He was swept into the Irish music scene when he met a couple playing tunes in the corner of a pub. After they took him under their wing, he developed a deep love for the style and community of Irish music, later placing to compete in the 2015 All Ireland Fleadh Cheoil on flute.
Cora Wiese Moore began playing the folk harp at age 10 and pedal harp at age 15. In 2020 she was introduced to the Irish session scene and transitioned to learning music mostly by ear. She plays with traditional expectations of the harp and supports the ongoing metamorphosis of the contemporary Irish and Scottish tradition.
Our Holiday Gift Market Catalog is divided into 7 different categories. Click Below or “In This Section” on the right to be taken to descriptions for each individual artisan or product.
