In these strange and challenging times, the pandemic having altered just about every facet of our lives, we are sticking with the decision we made last year and presenting our Holiday Gift Market in October. It’s the only way we can keep our customers (and staff) safe and happy while shopping our market. From your previous visits in the last nine years, many of you know that our Holiday Market is the most rewarding, enjoyable place to shop for your holiday gifts, relaxed and far from the madding crowd! And now you can shop early and enjoy a commercial-free holiday season. Customers tell us they find the very best gifts at our holiday market, and feel particularly good about supporting small, mostly local artists and producers.
Please join us on Saturday, October 2nd for our HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE, with fabulous Live Music from 11am to 2:30pm!
11:00 to 12:30 – Sandra Wong (fiddle, nyckelharpa) & Jon Sousa (guitar) play exciting Swedish, original and world music!
1:00 to 2:30 – Margot Krimmel (harp) plays traditional and original tunes on her splendid Celtic harp!

We’re requiring masks and social distancing, limiting the number of folks inside the store together, and providing hand sanitizer when you enter. Our nursery will still be open, our windows and doors will be open as weather permits, and our vent fans will be running. And as always, we’ll offer an amazing, carefully curated array of outstanding locally artisan-crafted items and sustainable products in many categories so you can choose really thoughtful gifts for everyone on your list in one place, and at a relaxed pace. At the same time, you’ll be able to shop our Flowering Bulbs and Garlic (while they last) and our Fall Sale, including great bargains on plants, soil products, and more!
Just as in our plants and nursery products, our standards are high. We offer goods from dozens of artisans that are Local, Sustainable, Pure, Non-toxic, High-quality, Beautiful, Unusual, Innovative, Practical, Delightful, and Durable.
